April 14 - (The Insurer) - Markel's insurance-linked securities operations Nephila Capital has promoted Mark Richardson to head of underwriting.
Based in Bermuda, Richardson joined the company in January 2023 as a senior underwriter.
Before that, he spent two years at Lancashire Insurance Group, most recently serving as head of international treaty. Earlier in his career, he spent time in various roles at Fidelis Insurance and Aon Benfield.
