BlockBeats News, April 18th, according to Financefeeds, Ripple-backed prime brokerage platform Hidden Road has been granted a broker-dealer license by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the United States. This occurred after Ripple announced its acquisition of the company for $1.25 billion.
The license was awarded to Hidden Road Partners CIV US LLC, enabling it to provide full fixed-income prime brokerage services to institutional clients, including regulatory clearance, financing, and trade execution.
