CRE Logistics REIT (TYO:3487) has resolved to cancel 15,756 of its treasury shares, representing 0.05% of the total shares outstanding before the cancellation, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The move is contingent on the approval of a share consolidation proposal at the company's extraordinary general meeting on May 12.
If adopted, the cancellation will take effect on May 30. After the cancellation, the total number of outstanding shares will be 29.3 million.
