RadNet (RDNT) has agreed to acquire iCad (ICAD) in an all-stock deal valued at roughly $103 million, they said late Tuesday.
Shares of iCad soared 71%, with intraday trading volume of over 17.2 million from a daily average of about 508,000.
Treasure Global (TGL) struck a partnership with Mezzofy (Hong Kong), securing distribution rights for Mezzofy's digital coupon platform in Malaysia. It expects to generate $2 million to $4 million in annual revenue in the first 12 months of the rollout.
