Shanghai Sinyang Semiconductor Materials (SHE:300236) plans to construct an integrated circuit materials plant and a headquarters for 1.85 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.

The plant will produce 50,000 tons of key process materials for integrated circuit process materials every year, including ultra-pure chip cleaning liquid, ultra-pure chip electroplating liquid, ultra-pure chip etching liquid, and chemical mechanical polishing slurry.

The plant, to be located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, will be constructed in 24 months until May 2027 and full production is expected by 2032.
