Singapore Kitchen Equipment (SGX:5WG) will cease its quarterly reporting, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The development comes after the company's auditor did not highlight any material uncertainty relating to the group's ability to continue as a going concern.
Initially, the company was required to do quarterly reporting under the Catalist rules due to audit concerns.
The company's next financial statements will be for the half year ending June 30.
