JDC (TYO:1887) has invested 2.4 billion yen in a silent partnership operated by Yuri Fushimi LLC to acquire trust beneficiary rights in an office building in central Nagoya, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The deal qualifies the partnership as a specified subsidiary due to the investment exceeding 10% of JDC's capital.
