0630 GMT - Wipro's 1Q FY 2026 revenue growth guidance is likely weighed by tariff-induced macro uncertainty, Nomura analysts say. The Indian company guided for a sequential decline of -3.5% to -1.5%. Nomura notes that uncertainty is dampening demand in sectors such as consumer and manufacturing, pausing large transformation projects and affecting discretionary spending. A weak start in 1Q FY 2026 would pose a challenge to the technology services and consulting company's full-fiscal-year revenue growth outlook, says Nomura, lowering its FY 2026 revenue forecast to -3.9% from 0.0%. It also trims its target price for the stock to INR280.00 from INR300.00, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 5.3% lower at INR234.45. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
