Apparels manufacturer Oxford Industries (BOM:514414) has established a subsidiary called Tampa Enterprise, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.
Oxford did not disclose the nature of Tampa Enterprise's business.
Shares of the company were down 5% in recent trade.
