Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) said late Thursday it signed a lease renewal and expansion with Carolina Herrera for a total of 34,000 square feet at the Empire 501 Seventh Avenue in New York City.
Carolina Herrera, a luxury fashion brand based in New York City, is a subsidiary of Puig Brands, the company said.
