LG Display (KRX:034220) posted first-quarter net loss attributable to shareholders of the parent of 262.7 billion won, narrowing from 783.2 billion won a year earlier, according to a Thursday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The display panel maker's sales jumped 15% year over year to 6.065 trillion won from 5.252 trillion won.

Shares of LG Display fell nearly 1% at market close on Thursday, April 24.
