AirJoule Technologies (AIRJ) said Thursday that it agreed to issue about $15 million in common shares to GE Vernova (GEV) and other investors in a private placement.
The private investment in public equity is expected to close on Friday, the company said.
Net proceeds from the investment will be used to accelerate the commercialization of the AirJoule A1000 units, the company added.
Shares of AirJoule were down 4% in recent trading.
