Indiana Resources (ASX:IDA) said results from the diamond drilling confirmed significant extensions to the Minos gold deposit at depth at its Gawler Craton project in South Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Significant intercepts encountered during the drilling included 23.05 meters at 2.62 grams per tonne grade of gold from 151.95 meters, as well as two meters at 25.85 g/t grade of gold from 351 meters.
It will restart drilling at the deposit in late April. A drilling program comprising 27 holes is currently planned, totaling around 7,000 meters, to test the depth extensions.
