Cambium Networks (CMBM) said late Monday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

The company said it has 60 calendar days to file the form or to submit a plan to regain compliance with the listing rule.

Earlier this month, it also received another notice for failing to meet the exchange's minimum bid price requirement.
