Blaize (BZAI) said Monday that Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology selected the company to develop the region's digital innovation hub.
Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
Blaize said it will provide Chungbuk Institute of Science and Technology with technologies for smart city implementation, including AI, edge computing, internet of things and data analytics capabilities, as well as technical consulting and support during pilot testing.
Shares of Blaize were up 2.5% in recent trading.
