Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK, NZE:SPK) was the best performer in the sector, rising 4%.
On the other hand, health services shares dropped nearly 2%.
Summerset Group Holdings (NZE:SUM, ASX:SNZ) shares slid 2% in recent trade.
