Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX:ECF) declared a quarterly dividend of AU$0.01875 per share, down from the AU$0.02125 in the previously reported period, payable on May 5 to shareholders on record as of March 31.
The company reaffirmed its distribution forecast of AU$0.075 for the fiscal year ending June 30, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose nearly 2% in recent Thursday trade.
