BlockBeats News, April 23rd, Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal posted on social media: "We are officially halfway there: Alabama just dismissed its enforcement action against Coinbase — in just two months, the number of states bringing these misguided 'staking' enforcement actions has been cut in half. Five states still choose to waste taxpayer resources on meritless litigation, with four states going so far as to bar staking on Coinbase, depriving consumers of the ability to earn rewards on their chosen platform."
