墨西哥烧烤连锁餐厅"墨式烧烤"(CMG)周二盘后大跌5.12%,引发市场广泛关注。公司此前公布的第四季度财报数据显示,虽然营收同比增长13.1%,但可比销售额增长5.4%,低于预期的5.6%,增长动力放缓。
分析人士指出,可比销售增速放缓的主要原因是餐厅的菜单价格上涨,阻碍了有预算意识的消费者选择CMG的米饭碗和卷饼。此外,CMG食品、饮料和包装成本占总收入的30.4%,高于上一年同期的29.7%,成本压力加大也拖累了业绩表现。
CMG表示,由于公司"专注于确保一致和慷慨的份量",导致原材料使用量增加,从而推高了食品成本。对于2025年全年,CMG预计可比销售额增长将维持在低至中个位数区间,并计划在当年新开315至345家餐厅。
