AppLovin shares soared 29% in overnight trading after the company reported earnings and revenue that sailed past analysts’ estimates and issued better-than-expected guidance. AppLovin was the best-performing U.S. tech stock last year, soaring more than 700%, driven by the company’s artificial intelligence-powered advertising system.

Reddit missed market estimates for daily active unique visitors in the fourth quarter on Wednesday, hit by a change in Google's search algorithm that impacted how often the social media platform appeared in the search results, sending its shares down 14.1% in overnight trading.

Cisco raised its annual revenue forecast on Wednesday, betting on higher demand for its cloud networking gear amid an artificial intelligence boom, sending its shares up 7.2% in overnight trading. Cisco also approved an increase of $15 billion for its share buyback program, taking the total remaining authorized fixed amount for stock repurchases to $17 billion.

Dutch Bros shares shot up 24.5% in overnight trading after the fast-growing coffee chain posted financial results for the fourth quarter that beat estimates on both earnings and sales.

Trade Desk forecast its first-quarter revenue below analysts' estimate on Wednesday, signaling softer demand for its digital advertising services in the connected TV market, sending its shares down 26.9% in overnight trading.

Casino operator MGM Resorts International beat fourth-quarter profit and revenue estimates on Wednesday, aided by strength from more bookings across its properties. Shares of the Las Vegas, Nevada-based company rose 11.3% in overnight trading.

Fastly, the cloud-based edge infrastructure and content delivery network provider, delivered mixed fourth-quarter earnings results and weak guidance today, and its stock plummeted 21.1% in overnight trading.

Quantum Corporation reported its Q3 FY2025 earnings, revealing a slight revenue increase and a significant improvement in adjusted EBITDA. Despite these positive financial metrics, the company's stock declined 7.5% in overnight trading.

Kinross Gold released earnings for its fourth quarter that increased from the same period last year but missed the Street estimates. The shares dropped 3.1% in overnight trading.

Aurora Innovation's Q4 loss narrowed. The FY GAAP EPS of -$0.46 in-line and Cash and cash equivalents of $211 million. The shares jumped 5.1% in overnight trading.

Quantumscape delivered smaller-than-expected loss and set out goals for 2025, confirmed talks with automotive OEMs. The shares rose 1% in overnight trading.
