盘前异动 | Beacon涨超8%，QXO正在谈判以110亿美元收购公司
本周一美股盘前阶段（3月10日），材料制造商 Beacon Roofing Supply 盘前涨超8%， QXO Inc 正在谈判以110亿美元收购公司，每股124.35美元。
据悉，这一价格较之前的报价略有上涨。QXO 最近一次提出以每股 124.25 美元的价格收购Beacon全部流通股，但遭到了拒绝。作为建筑产品分销领域的新参与者，QXO 于今年 1 月发起了对Beacon的收购要约，并表示准备提名董事进入Beacon董事会。
双方指出，目前无法保证此次讨论一定会促成交易。Beacon称，将推迟原定于周四举行的投资者日活动。
Beacon与 QXO 之间的博弈早在去年 11 月就已开始，当时 QXO 首次着手收购Beacon。Beacon曾表示，QXO 的报价低估了其价值，但仍愿意考虑达成交易。
