根据公告，所有交割条件已于2025年4月9日达成并完成交割。交割后，Lightwind Global Limited拥有优信有限公司的A类普通股合共15.44亿股，约占优信有限公司经扩大已发行股本总额的2.5%。值得注意的是，尽管完成了股份认购，优信有限公司并不会成为嘀嗒出行的附属公司，其财务业绩也不会并入嘀嗒出行的财务报表。另外，市场消息称，优信有限公司是由蔚来（NIO）创始人、CEO李斌控制的企业，而李斌同时也是嘀嗒出行的非执行董事和重要股东，这种关联或许也在一定程度上影响了投资者的信心。
