太阳能电池板制造商第一太阳能(First Solar)10月29日收盘后大跌6.72%,报收185.99美元。公司此前发布的2024年前三季度财报虽然业绩实现了同比增长,但下调全年销售预期以及宣布将起诉多家竞争对手侵权,引发市场对公司未来业务增长前景的担忧。
第一太阳能第三季度净利润同比增长16.6%至3.13亿美元,每股收益2.91美元。营收同比增长10.8%至8.88亿美元,主要受益于更高的定价和节能型组件的销量增长。毛利率同比上涨4.5个百分点至50.2%。但由于住宅安装量大幅下降以及公用事业规模项目面临并网等问题,公司下调了2024年全年销售预期,由之前的44亿至46亿美元调低至41亿至42.5亿美元。
值得一提的是,第一太阳能在投资者会议上透露已通过律师函通知多家竞争对手存在侵犯其领先太阳能技术专利的行为,目标公司包括加拿大阿特斯太阳能、晶澳太阳能、隆基股份、晶科能源以及天合光能等。业内人士分析,此举无疑将刺激与其他光伏企业的法律纠纷,增加公司未来的运营风险。
