4月15日上午，正力新能（03677.HK）股价盘中大涨5.13%，引发市场广泛关注。该公司刚于前一日（4月14日）在港交所成功上市，首日收涨1.45%。
正力新能是内地知名锂离子电池制造商，其上市备受瞩目的原因之一是公司董事长兼执行董事曹芳为"玻璃大王"曹德旺的胞妹。公司在上市后的股东架构中，曹芳与执董兼总经理陈继程为一致行动人，通过管理层股东共同持股约46.21%。
从业务布局来看，正力新能与国内多家知名车企建立了紧密的合作关系，包括上汽通用、五菱、一汽红旗、广汽传祺、零跑汽车等。公司还通过与丰田的合资公司向丰田中国供货，在HEV电池包市场占据70%的份额。此外，正力新能还积极布局海外市场，通过直接出口电池产品和与国内主机厂合作间接出海。公司管理层表示，目前产品处于供不应求状态，新增产能将在今年第四季度投产，有望进一步提升公司的市场竞争力。
