据悉，周黑鸭日前宣布与四川申唐食品签署合作协议，共同开发复合调味品及方便速食产品。双方在成都合资成立四川周黑鸭食品科技有限公司，注册资本500万元。这一举措标志着周黑鸭业务模式向"卤味+复合调味料"双主业模式转变，意在开拓新的增长点。
市场数据显示，中国复合调味料行业近年来保持快速增长。据弗若斯特沙利文预测，未来5年该行业增速有望维持在13.5%左右。周黑鸭计划利用自身30年的卤制工艺优势，推出带有"周黑鸭味道"特色的调味料产品，以迎合年轻消费者对便捷、个性化饮食的需求。公司董事长兼CEO周富裕表示，今年将推出不少于10款复合调味品及方便速食产品，并通过现有门店、商超、电商等多种渠道进行销售。
值得注意的是，周黑鸭此次战略转型是在公司主业面临增长压力的背景下做出的。2024年，公司营收和利润同比分别下降10.7%和15.0%。为应对挑战，周黑鸭近期频繁布局"副业"，包括推出椰子水饮料和与山姆会员店合作推出卤料包等。此次进军复合调味品市场被视为公司寻求新增长点的重要一步，获得了资本市场的积极反应。
