Box Inc.'s stock plummeted 7.96% in after-hours trading on Tuesday, following the release of the company's fiscal fourth-quarter 2025 results and disappointing guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2026.
For the fourth quarter, Box reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.42, meeting analysts' consensus estimates. Revenue came in at $280 million, slightly exceeding expectations of $279.2 million.
However, the company's guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2026 fell short of analysts' projections. Box expects adjusted earnings per share of $0.25-$0.26, significantly lower than the consensus estimate of $0.43. Additionally, the company's revenue guidance range of $274 million to $275 million missed the expected $280 million.
