特步国际在香港交易所公告称，订立配售及认购协议，将以先旧后新方式按每股5.5港元的价格配售9090万股股份。配售价格较上周五收盘价6.07港元折让约9.4%，公司建议发行5亿港元2026年到期的票息1.5%可换股债券。根据初步换股价格每股6.325港元计算，债券将可转换为最多7900万股新可换股债券股份。
认购及债券发行所得款项总额将为10亿港元。
