波音（Boeing）股价今日盘前大跌5.08%，投资者对公司面临的法律风险表示担忧。
据悉，波音CEO奥尔特贝格（Kelly Ortberg）在参议院委员会听证会上表示，公司正在与美国司法部讨论修订此前达成的认罪协议。这一协议源于2018年和2019年发生的两起737 MAX型号飞机空难事件。去年1月，一架737 MAX飞机又出现了飞行途中舱门飞脱事故，司法部认为波音违反了2021年的协议。
虽然去年5月双方就新事故达成了认罪协议，但该协议未获法官批准。奥尔特贝格表示，公司希望能尽快与司法部达成共识。如果双方未能达成新的协议，案件将于6月23日开庭。这一不确定性可能是导致投资者信心下降的主要原因，进而引发了波音股价的大幅下跌。
