亚洲最大房地产投资信托基金领展房产基金(00823)于11月6日公布了2024年前九个月的中期业绩,整体表现亮眼,但前景依然面临一些挑战。
领展房产基金的收益和物业收入净额在上半年度分别实现了6.4%和5.8%的同比增长,主要得益于其收购上海七宝领展广场余下50%股权使收益有所增加,以及大部分营运市场表现向好。
在内地市场,领展房产基金的物业组合收益和物业收入净额分别实现了39.2%和37.6%的大幅增长,体现了其多元化投资策略的成功以及零售资产领展中心城表现的改善。在本港市场,尽管受到整体零售环境疲弱的影响,但领展香港物业组合的表现也较为稳健,收益总额和物业收入净额同比分别增长2.2%和2.4%。
