4月3日，零售股盘中重挫，柯尔百货跌超25%，梅西百货、百思买跌超15%，塔吉特跌超12%，劳氏跌超5%，家得宝跌超3%。
美国全国零售联合会政府关系执行副总裁David French表示，对美国企业和消费者来说，更多的关税意味着更多的焦虑和不确定性。关税将转嫁给终端消费者，外国供应商不会支付关税。
