Lucid宣布增发超2.6亿股股票，三季度业绩指引低于预期
周四，电动汽车制造商Lucid盘前大跌达14.63%。公司宣布将向市场公开发行2.624亿股股票。与此同时，沙特主权财富基金PIF和Ayar(PIF的关联公司Ayar Third Investment Company)将在非公开配售中认购3.75亿股，预计Ayar的持股比例将维持在58.8%左右。
美国银行证券是此次公开发行的唯一承销商。这家电动汽车制造商还打算授予该行30天的期权，以额外购买Lucid近3,937万股普通股。
Lucid表示，该公司打算将此次公开发行以及大股东定向增发的净收益“用于一般企业用途，其中可能包括资本支出和营运资金”。
今年8月，Lucid表示，PIF已同意向该公司提供15亿美元现金，这是这家电动汽车制造商今年第二次获得急需的资金。
业绩方面，公司三季度营收预计在1.99亿美元至2亿美元之间，低于分析师此前预期。预计三季度亏损为7,6500万至7,9000万美元，而去年同期报告的亏损为6,3090万美元。上一季度，该公司报告亏损为6,4340万美元。
Lucid还表示，第三季度生产和交付的汽车数量少于第二季度。
