中国恒大：潜在卖方决定中止与潜在买方有关潜在交易的讨论
10月25日，中国恒大公告，截至本公告日期，潜在卖方已决定中止与潜在买方有关潜在交易的所有讨论，并决定不再落实进行潜在交易。双方并无就潜在交易订立买卖协议。潜在卖方现正继续物色可能买家，以及发掘出售潜在卖方所持新能源汽车集团股份的可行机会；然而，截至本公告日期，尚未与任何可能买家达成任何协议、安排或谅解，亦未找到任何确切机会。现在无法确定能否落实任何可行机会，也无法确定一旦能够落实有关机会的话，将会采取何种架构或形式给予落实。本公司将适时根据上市规则另行刊发公告。公司股份已自2024 年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。

恒大汽车港交所公告，公司董事会宣布，于2024年10月25日，接获潜在卖方的通知，彼等已决定停止与潜在买方有关潜在股份转让的所有讨论，并已决定不继续进行潜在股份转让。概未就潜在股份转让订立任何买卖协议。因此，预期将不会与潜在买方（ 或其指定的另一方 ）签订融资协议，或以其他方式向本公司提供任何融资。公司已向联交所申请由2024年10月28日上午9时正起恢复买卖股份。
