根据财报,富力地产2024年实现营业额177.01亿元人民币,同比大幅下降51.15%;净亏损177.10亿元,虽较上年有所收窄,但仍处于高位。公司将亏损归因于房地产业持续低迷、物业减值拨备增加,以及附属公司取消确认造成的损失。值得注意的是,公司物业发展收入同比下降近六成,反映出其核心业务面临严峻挑战。
