具体来看,普得集团第三季度交付新房7924套,同比增长12%。营收达44.7亿美元,超过分析师预期的42.6亿美元。每股收益3.35美元,高于3.11美元的预期值。尽管如此,由于土地和材料成本居高不下,该公司毛利率较去年同期略有下滑。
