摩根士丹利清仓X平台债务，与马斯克的“纠缠”即将结束
据知情人士周四透露，摩根士丹利正以9.5%的固定利率出售与马斯克440亿美元收购推特（现名X平台）相关的最后12.3亿美元债务，标志着这场持续近两年的杠杆收购融资大戏进入终章。
此次售出债务的定价策略为折价97.5-98美分/美元（面值）。
上述债务属于65亿美元担保定期贷款中的剩余部分。
在此之前，以摩根士丹利为首的银团（含美银、巴克莱、三菱UFJ）曾为收购提供130亿美元融资。
这已是银团近期第二次大规模减持，上月马斯克刚宣布其AI公司xAI收购X平台，为债务重组铺平道路。截至发稿，摩根士丹利与X平台均未回应媒体的置评请求。
