消息面上，美东时间10日晚，哈里斯和特朗普在宾夕法尼亚州费城进行首场电视辩论，在辩论现场，特朗普称自己是太阳能的忠实粉丝。
值得注意的是，哈里斯在气候与能源政策上的立场尤为明确。她强调清洁能源和环境正义的重要性，并在国际气候谈判中承诺向绿色气候基金投入30亿美元。
她的政策主张可能会加速传统能源向清洁能源的转型，推动太阳能、风能等可再生能源的发展，并加强对环境正义问题的关注，因此，太阳能板块同样也可以算是“哈里斯概念股”。
