超微电脑面临纳斯达克100调整，股价暴跌引发市场担忧
12月11日，超微电脑美股盘前快速下挫逾7%，该股隔夜大幅收跌逾8%！分析师认为市场担忧超微电脑将被踢出纳斯达克100指数。纳斯达克100指数是纳斯达克交易所上市的100家最大公司组成的指数，将于年底重新编排，预计12月13日公布。
此前8月，由于超微电脑未能按时提交财务报告，面临被纳斯达克退市的风险。11月，超微电脑表示已经聘请了BDO作为其独立审计师，并向纳斯达克提交了符合上市要求的计划。12月2日，超微电脑在声明中表示，特别委员会的调查初步发现，审计委员会独立行事，没有证据表明管理层或董事会存在欺诈或不当行为。
昨日，超微电脑首席执行官Charles Liang告诉路透社，他有信心公司股票不会被纳斯达克退市，并且公司将于明年2月25日前按时提交尚未提交的财务报告。但是，尽管如此，超微电脑的目前股价仍远低于今年3月创下的109美元高点，表明投资者对公司仍然信心不足。
根据摩根大通的报告，超微电脑目标价为23美元/股，较目前股价还有约45%的下跌空间。
不过，摩根大通分析师也表示，尽管超微电脑近期面临争议，但其服务器订单依然强劲。并且，超微电脑计划在2025年发布新产品，其位于马来西亚的工厂的生产进展顺利，预计将在明年上半年开始大规模生产。
此外，超微电脑表示，公司拥有足够的流动资金，预计随着英伟达下一代Blackwell处理器的推出，AI相关业务将为超微电脑带来利好。
