中金公司、中国银河AH股集体拉升！市场消息称中金将与银河合并，组建中国第三大券商

据路透消息，五位消息人士透露，中金公司（CICC）即将与同行银河证券合并，此举将组建一家总资产达1930亿美元的中国第三大券商。
消息人士称，中金公司（601995.SS）与银河证券（601881.SS）的合并将成为几个月内中国1.6万亿美元证券业中的第二大规模合并，并已在近期获得中国监管部门的支持，有望在未来几周内宣布。两位消息人士表示，这两家券商均以主权财富基金中国投资公司（CIC）作为最大股东和母公司，计划通过股份互换方式合并，目前尚未公布交易的具体财务细节。
据悉，合并后新实体的总资产将达到1.4万亿元人民币（约1930亿美元），有望超越华泰证券（601688.SS），成为中国第三大券商。
知情的五位消息人士透露，该交易仍需获得监管部门和股东的批准。
若中金公司与银河证券的合并获得批准，其在行业内的总资产排名将位于长期行业龙头中信证券（600030.SS）以及合并后的国泰君安证券（601211.SS）和海通证券（600837.SS）之后。
