Lucid第四季度业绩超预期并宣布CEO将卸任
Lucid Group Inc 在发布好于预期的第四季度业绩并宣布CEO变更后，盘后股价上涨近10。
该公司第四季度经调整后每股亏损0.22美元，优于分析师预期的每股亏损0.25美元。营收达2.345亿美元，超过2.005亿美元的市场预期，同比增长79%。
Lucid在第四季度生产了3,386辆汽车，交付了3,099辆。2024全年产量达到9,029辆，符合指引，而交付量达到10,241辆，较2023年增长71%。
公司发布2025年产量指引约2万辆，显示出对持续增长的预期。
在领导层变动方面，Lucid宣布CEO Peter Rawlinson将卸任，转任董事会主席战略技术顾问。首席运营官Marc Winterhoff被任命为临时CEO。
Winterhoff表示："2024年对Lucid来说是转型之年，在Lucid进入下一阶段发展之际，我很荣幸能担任这一职务。"
Lucid第四季度末总流动性达61.3亿美元，为其扩大生产提供了充足的现金储备。
