知乎创始人兼CEO周源在2024世界互联网大会乌镇峰会上表示,当前无论在国内还是全球范围,从使用人数、频次和覆盖场景来看,AI搜索整体还处于比较早期阶段。周源认为,AI搜索场景侧的深入程度还远远不够,无法完全满足用户痛点,这也是AI搜索面临的最大挑战。
不过,周源并未否认传统搜索的价值。他指出,传统搜索可以做的事情、解决的问题在今天看来依然丰富完整。用户搜索后往往会迅速离开搜索引擎,转而前往提供具体服务和信息的网站,传统搜索和被索引的网页服务加在一起,才构成了满足用户需求的整体体验。
