盘前异动丨阿斯麦续跌，重磅发布会在即房多多暴涨50%

阿斯麦盘前续跌超5%。因三季度订单不及预期及下调2025年指引，阿斯麦昨日大跌超16%。
英伟达盘前涨约0.1%，AMD涨约0.01%。因美国政府限制AI芯片出口，两家芯片巨头昨日双双大跌。
苹果盘前涨0.12%。昨日创历史新高，总市值超3.6万亿美元。
房多多盘前暴涨50%，贝壳涨逾5%。国务院新闻办公室定于10月17日上午10时举行新闻发布会，住房城乡建设部部长倪虹和财政部、自然资源部、中国人民银行、国家金融监督管理总局负责人介绍促进房地产市场平稳健康发展有关情况。
腾讯音乐盘前涨3.67%。消息面上，花旗发表报告指，预期腾讯音乐第三季总收入按年增长7%至70亿元，符合市场预期。花旗对腾讯音乐维持“买入”评级，目标价为15美元，看好其订阅收入增长稳定及良好的盈利可见度。
亿航智能盘前涨1.4%，香港特区政府将成立“发展低空经济工作组”。
热门中概股盘前涨跌不一。截至发稿，哔哩哔哩涨1.43%，蔚来涨1.25%，拼多多涨0.9%，阿里巴巴涨0.26%，理想汽车涨0.4%；另一方面，小鹏汽车跌0.5%，京东跌0.1%。
