本周三（10月2日），新股 卡罗特 IPO首日一度大涨超80%，截至发稿报10.34港元，涨幅78.89%：
公开发售阶段卡罗特获1347.27倍认购，一手(500股)中签率15%，认购80手稳中一手。国际发录得7.91倍认购。按回补机制，公开发售股份已增至6,493.25万股，占发售总数50%。
公司成立于2007年，是新兴的厨具品牌，起初是为海外市场提供OEM服务，2013年转型ODM业务，2016年开始进军线上零售，推出自有厨具产品品牌【卡罗特】。
目前公司的收益主要来自品牌业务，其次是ODM业务。品牌业务收益来源于销售自有品牌「卡罗特(CAROTE)」产品，ODM业务收益来源于公司向国际品牌所有者及零售商销售定制化炊具及其他厨具产品。
财务状况方面，卡罗特截至2023年12月31日止的三个年度：收入分别约为人民币6.75亿元、7.69亿元、15.83亿元，年复合增长率为53.11%；毛利分别约为人民币1.27亿元、2.75亿元、5.65亿元，年复合增长率为111.36%；净利润分别约为人民币0.32亿元、1.09亿元、2.37亿元，年复合增长率为173.14%。
