多家搜索引擎及相关组织已致函欧盟监管机构，要求对谷歌母公司Alphabet展开调查，因其涉嫌违反欧盟数字竞争法规。
上述联名信中，多家搜索引擎公司、技术专家及倡议组织指出，谷歌无视《数字市场法》（DMA）的规定——该法案要求科技巨头必须降低用户转换替代平台的门槛，并向竞争对手开放其主导平台。
DMA规定，谷歌必须向竞争对手搜索引擎提供其排名、查询、点击及浏览搜索数据，并在安卓用户升级或购买设备时展示选择界面，允许用户自主设定默认浏览器或搜索引擎。
信中提到：“谷歌既逃避有效合规又规避义务，持续削弱挑战者的竞争能力。”
谷歌发言人回应称，其提供给竞争对手的搜索数据集符合DMA要求，并正与多家竞品搜索引擎就数据授权进行深入谈判。
