英特尔大涨超10%，传将被拆分，台积电、博通考虑接手
周二，英特尔高开高走，截至发稿涨幅超10%。据报道，美英特尔可能分拆，相关业务分别由台积电及美国博通公司接手。各方正就潜在收购方案进行评估。
知情人士透露，目前，博通与台积电的谈判尚处于初步阶段，双方仍未达成合作共识。台积电还在考虑控制英特尔部分或是全部的芯片代工业务，其投资方式也还未确定。
截至发稿，台积电跌0.7%，博通跌超3%。
