数字房地产信托公司(Digital Realty Trust,DLR)10月25日盘中股价大涨17.26%,创下历史新高,主要得益于该公司前一日公布的第三季度业绩表现优异,业绩超出市场预期。
数据显示,DLR第三季度营收达14.3亿美元,基本符合分析师预期。但公司核心现金流指标FFO则每股1.67美元,超出市场平均预期的1.65美元。DLR同时上调了2024年全年FFO指引至6.65-6.75美元,较之前略有上调,体现了公司对未来发展前景的乐观信心。
