美高梅国际酒店(MGM)10月30日公布的第三季度财报显示,其净营收和调整后每股收益均未能达到市场预期。具体来看,美高梅第三财季净营收为42亿美元,低于分析师预期的42.1亿美元;调整后每股收益为0.54美元,也未达预期的0.59美元。
财报公布后,美高梅盘后股价大幅下挫,截至美国东部时间下午4点33分,美高梅股价较上一交易日收盘价下跌6.4%,报29.34美元。市场分析人士认为,财报不佳成为短期压制美高梅股价的主要因素。
不过,美高梅管理层对公司后市仍保持乐观态度。财报会议电话会议上,财务总监兼副总裁托马斯表示,随着消费环境好转以及赌博娱乐业复苏,美高梅预计未来盈利能力将有所改善。
