夜盘异动 | 获纳入指数+药物获批，双重利好下Mesoblast涨超40%
本周四（12月19日），生物科技公司 Mesoblast Limited 夜盘大涨超40%，截至发稿报17.63美元，涨幅43,92%：
消息面上，当地时间本周三，Mesoblast发布公告称，其将被纳入2024年纳斯达克指数年度重构中的纳斯达克生物技术指数（NBI）。该变动将于12月23日（星期一）美股开盘后正式生效。
此外公司还宣布，美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）已批准Ryoncil（remestemcel-L）作为美国首个间充质干细胞（MSC）疗法。
RYONCIL是美国唯一一款获批用于任何适应症的MSC疗法，也是唯一一款获批用于治疗2个月及以上儿童（包括青少年）难治性急性移植物抗宿主病（SR-aGvHD）的疗法。
在美国，每年约有10,000名患者接受异基因骨髓移植，其中1,500名为儿童。大约50%的患者会发生急性移植物抗宿主病（aGvHD），且其中近一半的患者对公认的一线治疗——类固醇无应答。
在一项针对儿童SR-aGvHD患者的单臂多中心3期试验中，89%的患者患有高严重性的C级或D级疾病，在接受RYONCIL治疗28天后，70%的患者达到总体应答，这是预测aGvHD患者生存情况的一项指标。
没有患者因任何实验室异常而中断或停止RYONCIL治疗，超过85%的患者完成了全程治疗。
