美股异动 | 半导体股下挫，英伟达、美光科技跌超3%
4月17日，美股半导体股盘中下挫，英伟达、美光科技跌超3%，英特尔跌超2%，AMD、博通跌超1%。
当地时间4月15日，英伟达透露H20芯片出口需美国政府「无限期」申请许可。英伟达预计，这将让其直接面临55亿美元巨额损失。
另外，美国出口管制政策也适用于超微(AMD)MI308系列产品。AMD称，将申请相关许可证，但尚不能保证获准。预计可能导致最高约8亿美元的费用。
雪上加霜的是，全球光刻机巨头阿斯麦也拉响警报。由于美国关税不确定性逼近，阿斯麦Q1订单量低于预期。
