港股异动 | 芯片股持续拉升，宏光半导体涨近25%，中芯国际涨超8%
本周一（10月21日），港股芯片股持续拉升，截至发稿 宏光半导体 涨近25%， 中芯国际 涨超8%， 华虹半导体 涨超5%：
近日，天风国际证券分析师郭明錤最新发布 英伟达 Blackwell GB200芯片的产业链订单信息，Blackwell芯片的产能扩张预计在今年第四季度初启动，届时第四季度的出货量将在15万到20万块之间。
此外， 台积电 也公布了第三季度无比强劲的业绩报告，“带飞”全球市场的整个芯片板块。
谈到市场对于AI芯片的需求时，台积电掌舵者魏哲家在业绩会议上表示，AI芯片需求前景非常乐观，并强调台积电客户们对于CoWoS先进封装的需求远超公司供给。
中信证券称，展望2025年，预计国内存储厂商及地方性晶圆厂扩产仍在加速，同时期待先进芯片需求的高阶驱动，国内半导体设备市场有望进一步提升，设备公司订单也预计将同步继续保持增长。
