消息面上,据路透报道,数位知情人士透露,中国银河即将与同行中金公司合并,此举将组建一家总资产达1930亿美元的中国第三大券商。该交易已获得监管部门批准,预计将在未来几周内对外宣布。消息令两家公司的A股和港股股价集体大涨。
分析指出,在监管部门"支持头部机构通过并购重组、组织创新等方式提升核心竞争力"的政策导向下,"汇金系"券商阵容的扩大或将引发市场对券商整合的预期升温。合并有望进一步提升两家公司的综合实力,形成更大规模的券商集团。
